Arthritis and joint pain

Baking Soda Benefits

The arthritic symptom is usually a pain in the joints: knees, hips, spine, fingers… These pains are the result of natural wear and tear on the cartilage and joints (tendons, bones, muscles).

Genetic causes, weight, lack of physical activity, and sometimes an inflammatory reaction that can be caused by an acid-base imbalance may be added. Baking soda helps to slow down the development of arthrosis as it restores the acid-base balance.

How to slow down arthritis?

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda to your bath water and stay in the bath for a good quarter of an hour.

When the pain is in one particular place, baking soda compresses can bring relief. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of baking soda in 1 to 2 liters of warm water. Dip a clean cloth into the solution and place it on the painful area. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes.
